Michelle Aschenbrenner has always had a fiery drive to guide
new writers into the publishing industry, just as other authors and mentors once did for her. After graduating University, and completing
creative consulting programs, Michelle set out to begin her writing and editing career. She now works as a freelance editor, book coach/writing consultant, and mentor, with specialization in developmental editing, copyediting, and proofreading/sensitivity reading. Her sensitivity reading subjects include LGBTQ+, mental health, and chronic illness representation. She is also a part of the St. Louis Publishers Association, working as an editor and book coach to help first-time authors and writers begin their book journey.
Additionally, Michelle provides marketing and social media/web design assistance in order to be an aid to those wanting to delve into creating or improving their online presence.
Michelle also reviews books on Goodreads, Netgalley, and Edelweiss.
When she isn't writing or editing, Michelle will be immersed
in the digital land of video games.
